About the role:
The Learning Operations Specialist role is responsible for supporting our curriculum and professional learning operations. This person will work closely with our Senior Lead Curriculum to manage our curriculum production process along with managing our curriculum delivery mechanisms. They will also work with our Senior Lead, Professional Learning (PL) to support the set-up and follow-up of our PL sessions and support management of future credentialing and certificate processes. Our curricular materials are a centerpiece of our program and essential to our mission of giving all students access to opportunities to build critical AI Literacy competencies. As a member of the Learning team, the Learning Operations Specialist is a critical contributor to our content production and management.
⭐ Role Details
- Location: This full-time, exempt position can be done on a flexible schedule remotely from anywhere in the U.S. with access to high speed internet.The candidate should be comfortable and equipped to work efficiently in a remote work environment.
- Compensation: The baseline compensation for this role is $85k-$95k.

- Start date: We’d like a candidate to start as soon as possible after receiving an offer, though there is some flexibility.
✅ Your Responsibilities:
Project Management - 25%
- Set-up and actively project manage the curriculum design production roadmap
- Ensure timely communication to all relevant parties on design projects, including regular updates and reminders as needed
- Proactively identify and work with the Senior Lead, Curriculum and Director, Learning if project timelines are not being met
- Manage project-based curriculum operations with external partners and uploads to external websites
Curriculum Operations - 50%
- Design and manage the mechanism in which curriculum is delivered
- Coordinate final curriculum production processes (branding, publishing, etc)
- Manage curriculum team inbox and respond to requests
- Management of website content for curriculum
- Opportunity to develop curriculum
- Opportunity to manage grant deliverables
Professional Learning Operations - 25%
- Manage Professional Learning calendar, including setting up Zoom and communication to participants
- Implement educator, leader, and partner surveys and support with data analysis
- Support with Trailblazers and Educator PLC operations
- Management of certification programs/credentialing logistics

Within 1 Month, You Will:
- Complete aiEDU’s onboarding program, demonstrating full proficiency in company procedures, policies, and tools.
- Taken over management of current operations work with curriculum and professional learning
- Set-up project management for curriculum design with the Senior Lead, Curriculum
Within 3 Months, You Will:
- Establish regular cadences for curriculum design and professional learning project management
- Streamline curriculum and professional learning inbox management and delegation
- Make recommendations for and begin to implement updated curriculum delivery mechanism
- Complete 2-3 curriculum projects
- Establish professional learning certification system
Within 6 Months, You Will:
- Establish regular cadences for external collaboration on curriculum design and professional learning project management
- Support the learning team in building and implementing consistent survey cadences with educators
- Establish regular cadences for professional learning operations
Within a Year, You Will:
- Maintain and grow operational workflows for curriculum and professional learning
- Support improvements and growth with curriculum and professional learning distribution and follow-up
