Team Overview
The Services team works closely together to set PowerSchool customers up for ongoing success through post-implementation support, troubleshooting, consultation on system setup options, and training on features and functionality. The team offers cross-portfolio support, all while meeting organizational objectives for revenue, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Description
The Talent Services team implements Human Resource applications for K-12 clients. This role involves working with clients to provide solutions for their customization needs. This will involve identifying, investigating, and developing solutions to migrate data to 3rd party applications and creating scripts to achieve outcomes.
Your day-to-day job will consist of:
- Providing billable services to clients
- Creating solutions to migrate data from Talent applications to 3rd party systems
- Working with client data and performing ETL work
- Develop custom programming solutions to create processes that meet client needs
- Work with clients, team members, Product, Sales, Support, and the PMO
- Become a subject matter expert to develop custom solutions
- Develop custom reports and dashboards
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant and related work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
- Additional experience may be substitute for an advanced Degree.
- Database knowledge
- Programming Skills in a customer facing role
- ETL Experience
- MySQL Programming
Preferred Qualifications
- SQL Scripting
- Pentaho experience
- Java Scripting
- Salesforce experience is a plus

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $61,000 - $123,000 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
