Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Systems Administrator to manage various applications in the marketing tech stack, with a strong focus on Salesforce Administration and Agile team experience, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions, familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), and proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other systems. This candidate will also have experience managing other marketing applications such as Sitecore (CMS), Totara (LMS), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc. This role involves working with stakeholders to provide production support, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support Agile delivery methodologies.
Essential duties/responsibilities:
Configure, customize, and maintain systems to meet business requirements. Collaborate with team members to ensure complete requirements are gathered from stakeholders for marketing systems to scope out and complete the work, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Marketing Systems. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, to support Agile delivery methodologies. Work with business analysts and scrum team members to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide user training to ensure successful adoption of items in releases. Continuously seek opportunities to improve Agile processes and practices within the team and contribute to the overall success of Agile transformation. Stay informed about marketing application updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Job Skills and Abilities:
Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator or CRM Admin, with a focus on marketing systems and Agile team environments. Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Sitecore Administrator or CMS/LMS Admin. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules. Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using integration tools and APIs. Experience with content management systems, preferably Sitecore. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Required Education and Experience:
3+ years of professional experience working with end users. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field. Salesforce Administrator certification is required. Sitecore Administrator or Developer certification is a plus.
