Sales Enablement Specialist
What We Seek
The Sales Enablement Team at Carnegie Learning is responsible for training, coaching and empowering the sales team that works directly with educators across the country. Our customers work tirelessly every day to engage, inspire and connect students to educational materials that build essential skills and motivate them to be life-long learners. For our sales team to be successful in supporting our school and district partners in achieving their important goals, they need the right tools and training.
The Sales Enablement team’s job is to provide that, and the role of the Sales Enablement Specialist is to develop tools and content that help sellers effectively communicate K-12 Math, ELA and World Language and PL solutions to customers, as well as navigate internal systems and processes.
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Content development – collaborate with internal stakeholders to create PowerPoint decks, online lessons, job aids, and videos
- Systems management – monitor and manage LMS, tracking spreadsheets, team folder content
- Data summaries and reporting – collect and synthesize survey and course completion data
- Training event and meeting planning – logistics planning
What Should Be In Your Backpack
- Bachelor's degree
- LMS management and content development experience required
- Sales experience beneficial
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Suites
- Computer and digital literacy- Zoom, video/audio editing
This position will be primarily remote work with occasional travel for internal meetings (3-4 times per year)
