As a Director of Data, Game, you’ll lead transformative initiatives in data science, and game analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define strategies and deliver innovative solutions. With your expertise, you’ll create data-driven insights that enhance monetization, retention, and gameplay, shaping the future of player engagement.
Your Impact
- Oversee the development and deployment of predictive models and player behaviour analysis to inform game development and marketing strategies.
- Leverage AI, behavioral segmentation, and A/B testing methodologies to unlock insights and elevate in-game experiences.
- Design and execute strategies that impact monetization, retention, and user engagement by identifying actionable insights and key growth levers.
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
About You
- 12+ years of experience in data analytics, engineering, or science roles, with at least 7 years in leadership positions.
- You bring proven experience in defining and delivering data strategies that achieve measurable business outcomes in gaming or a related industry.
- You excel at building dashboards to deliver timely and actionable insights.
- You have a deep understanding of AI, behavioral analytics, and advanced methodologies to influence player behavior and optimize KPIs.
- Your leadership style emphasizes mentorship and team growth, enabling high performance in diverse, cross-functional teams.
- You’re adept at presenting complex data insights in a clear, actionable way to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
