Role Snapshot
The Programming Manager oversees a programming team at Bluum, providing leadership in coaching, team development, and the introduction of new programming methodologies to enhance efficiency and collaboration within AV systems programming.
Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include managing programmer support, coaching team members, clearing roadblocks, fostering team culture, conducting 1:1 meetings and annual reviews, assigning projects, and collaborating with engineering leadership to ensure efficient system deployment and programming.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include effective communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, team collaboration, ability to motivate and hold team members accountable, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor and promoting teamwork.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in AV systems programming with CTS Certification required; preferred qualifications include Master Crestron Programmer, Extron Control Professional, QSC Q-SYS Level II, and CTS-I/CTS-D certifications. Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
