Role Snapshot
CCBC is hiring two part-time Programmer positions (Level I and II) focusing on enterprise application development, maintenance, and support with increasing levels of responsibility and technical expertise required.
Key Responsibilities: Programmer I supports entry-level application development, maintenance, coding, testing, and documentation under supervision while learning software development life cycles. Programmer II independently maintains enterprise applications and supports development from business requirement review through implementation.
Skills & Tools: Required technical skills include SQL, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Java, and exposure to web server environments (Apache, Tomcat, IIS). Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for collaboration and technical problem resolution.
Qualifications: Programmer I requires an Associate's degree in IT with 2 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree in IT. Programmer II requires a Bachelor's degree in IT with 4 years of enterprise-level system support experience and completion of at least one technical certification from the College's Programmer Certification Matrix.

Compensation: $31–$33/hr
