Role Snapshot

Marketing Automation Specialist role focused on managing and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot) to enhance campaign performance, lead quality, and data integrity for Vernier Science Education.

Key Responsibilities: Build and manage segmented lists, emails, forms, and automation programs in MCAE; maintain data integrity between Salesforce CRM and marketing systems; monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations; create reports and dashboards to analyze engagement metrics.
Skills & Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement/Pardot, data management and database maintenance, email marketing campaign creation and deployment, and strong analytical mindset with ability to derive actionable insights from metrics.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce MCAE/Pardot, Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, familiarity with Salesforce CRM; experience in EdTech industry is preferred.
Location: Beaverton, Oregon
Compensation: $65K–$90K/yr
