Compensation: $18 - $19 / Hourly

Position Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products and materials within the warehouse, as well as performing other warehouse duties as assigned. Your attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness in fulfilling orders will ensure that our internal and external customers receive high-quality service.
Essential Responsibilities:
The following essential functions represent the primary work performed; however, other responsibilities could be expected that are not detailed here but fall within the scope of this role.
Responsibilities:
- Each Warehouse Associate will be responsible for performing daily warehouse activities assigned to them by the Warehouse Leadership Team.
- Effectively and efficiently work within a team to achieve dependability and successful KPI’s while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Accurately receive, process, and ship all orders including parts, new devices, OEM warranty parts, units to be repaired, and repaired devices per established procedures/standards while meeting expectations set.
- Accurately processing, picking, and delivering of needed parts on time, supporting internal/external customer requirements.
- Perform daily inventory cycle counts as assigned and promptly report any inaccuracies found.
- Maintain stock levels of supporting needed materials, and parts to ensure internal and external customer needs are met.
- Identify areas of concern, means of improvement, and ways to increase efficiency, communicating them to Warehouse Leadership Team.
- Assisting Repair, Production, and Service Technician Teams as needed/directed.

- Able to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers effectively.
- Excellent cleanliness, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience with pallet jack and electric pallet jack.
- Forklift & material lift experience encouraged, but not required.
- Ability to stand on your feet and walk for extended periods of time without sitting.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds continuously.
