Bilingual Transition Coordinator at DocGo serves as a key communication hub between medical facilities, patients, and field staff in the company's mobile healthcare delivery platform. Key Responsibilities: Provide customer service to medical facilities and field staff, manage patient referral pipelines, process service calls, coordinate with supervisors and dispatch, and achieve monthly referral capture and patient satisfaction goals. The role requires flexibility to work varying schedules and actively develop strategies to reach new potential customers.
Skills & Tools: Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual), proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a warm, persistent personality with the ability to adapt and think on your feet. Must demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology and professional demeanor when interacting with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications: Valid California Driver's License (minimum 2 years) with acceptable driving record and 1 year of experience in a licensed medical field role preferred. Experience in the healthcare industry is required.

Transition Coordinator Pay Rate: $25 - $29 per hour

Locations: Torrance,

CA and other locations as needed Schedule: 5, 8 hour shifts

Responsibilities: Provide top tier customer service to medical facilities, the public, and our field staff Maintain professional demeanor while communicating with customers and family members Work closely with medical facilities to serve as an information hub for DocGo Display knowledge of appropriate medical terminology and conditions. Close business hours M-F 0900-1750 but be flexible - your work shift schedule may vary due to the nature of the business Conduct yourself in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner when dealing with patients, case managers, co-workers, supervisors, and the public When necessary, develops solutions for existing clients, including processing calls for service, interacting with supervisors and dispatch, calling requestors and mobile health visits scheduled for customers Actively formulate new strategies to reach out to new potential customers Own and manage a pipeline of patient referrals and patient information Achieve and consistently exceed monthly goals with referral capture rate percentage and patient satisfaction

Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must be fluent bilingual in English and Spanish Valid CA Driver’s License (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & general computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be willing to operate out of assigned medical facilities for primary location Experience working in the healthcare industry Warm and friendly personality Persistent and persuasive Adaptable and can think on your feet 1 year experience working in a license medical field role preferred
