Role Snapshot
Lead the technical implementation of an enterprise-wide ERP system replacement at Princeton University, ensuring alignment with business goals and modern best practices. This 2-year term role reports to the VP for IT and CIO with potential for permanent placement.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership for ERP replacement, design end-to-end system architecture, oversee data migration and conversion strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Manage integration with existing systems, establish data quality standards, and create technical documentation and architecture blueprints.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in SaaS ERP implementations, solution architecture, integration technologies (APIs, middleware, MuleSoft, Boomi), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure); strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Qualifications: Minimum 7+ years in IT architecture with at least 3 years focused on SaaS ERP implementations or replacements (Oracle Cloud, Workday); preference for higher education ERP experience and deep knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and data migration strategies.
Location: Princeton, New Jersey
Compensation: $120Kβ$160K/yr
