Role Snapshot
IT Operations Engineer role at Superhuman (formerly Grammarly) responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations in the San Francisco hub while providing executive support and coordinating events.
Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level IT support including hardware/software troubleshooting, network connectivity resolution, and AV equipment setup; coordinate executive support, event logistics, and maintain IT asset inventory records.
Skills & Tools: Strong troubleshooting abilities, IT support and A/V equipment management experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with macOS and Windows operating systems.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; experience supporting executives and high-profile team members; detail-oriented and proactive work ethic.
Location: San Francisco, California
Compensation: $130K–$220K/yr
