Role Snapshot

The Learning Programs Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and evaluation of diverse learning events and programs at EDUCAUSE, ensuring effective engagement and continuous improvement. The role leverages learning technologies, manages project workflows, and enhances the organization's visibility within the higher education community.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate diverse learning events including webinars, courses, and extended programs while providing technical assistance and hosting support. Monitor key performance indicators, prepare reports, manage project workflows, coordinate promotional content, and support stakeholder relationships to drive engagement and participant satisfaction.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management capabilities, experience with educational technologies and learning management systems, proficiency with event delivery platforms, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. Expertise in learning design trends, virtual event facilitation, and data analysis for continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in educational technologies, learning management, or professional learning, preferably within higher education or nonprofit organizations. Bachelor's degree implied; demonstrated experience with online and professional learning platforms required.
Location: United States
Compensation: $65K–$75K/yr
