Role Snapshot
Lead product delivery execution and oversee Project Managers at McGraw Hill to align with organizational priorities. Act as a critical connector between strategy and product delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team development.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day product delivery execution, manage and coach Project Managers, monitor progress and dependencies, and ensure product delivery plans are outcome-focused and achievable. Partner with Product and Business leaders on alignment, identify process improvements, and provide transparency through metrics and reporting.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership and communication abilities, proficiency in Agile and Lean practices, situational awareness, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making. Ability to coach teams, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 5 years in management or delivery-focused roles. Education technology experience is preferred.

Compensation: $72Kβ$130K/yr
