Summary
Data Scientist for Grammarly's Growth team responsible for driving data-driven decisions through experimentation and complex analysis while collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders to influence company-wide strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Design and run product experiments, mine large datasets to uncover user behavior patterns, optimize marketing strategies across email/in-product/push channels, and build metrics that inform product and growth strategy decisions.
Skills & Tools: Fluency in Python and SQL, strong statistical methods knowledge including causal inference and A/B testing, advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities, and exceptional ability to translate technical insights into actionable strategies for cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: 4+ years of relevant data science experience with proven impact in the Growth domain and demonstrated ability to communicate technical insights effectively within an organization.
Location: Hybrid in New York City Metropolitan area, United States
Compensation: $175,000 – $220,000/year
