Role Snapshot
Create high-quality video highlights and editorial content for high school sports at MaxPreps, a division of PlayOn Sports. Deliver timely, polished video assets that power MaxPreps.com and support the broader video ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities: Edit daily sports highlights and package game content for publication, collaborate with editorial staff to embed video into articles, and meet tight deadlines on breaking news and time-sensitive content. Support sponsored programs, studio productions, and recurring video shows while exploring AI tools to enhance production workflows.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in video editing tools such as Final Cut or CapCut, strong attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Collaborative mindset, cross-functional communication, and interest in or experience with AI-powered production tools.
Qualifications: 1+ years of hands-on video editing experience with proficiency in industry-standard editing platforms. Passion for high school sports and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Location: El Dorado Hills, California
Compensation: $45K–$65K/yr
