Role Snapshot
Program Manager at NWEA (HMH division) overseeing proposal delivery and cross-functional team management to ensure projects meet budget, timeline, and scope requirements while driving organizational efficiency in the education assessment industry.
Key Responsibilities: Lead proposal program portfolio oversight including RFP coordination, schedule management, and risk mitigation; facilitate stakeholder meetings and communication. Manage fiscal oversight, support contract activities, build partner relationships, and drive process improvements across assigned proposals.
Skills & Tools: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities; proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and Smartsheet; project management expertise and collaborative capabilities for cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus 1–4 years relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience combination); PMP certification preferred with minimum 3 years program management experience, ideally in education or assessment industry.

Compensation: $73K–$95K/yr
