Role Snapshot

Sr. Product Manager responsible for developing and executing the strategic product roadmap for Eightfold's talent management solutions. Drive product vision across executive, design, marketing, and sales teams to address customer needs in talent acquisition and experience.

Skills & Tools: Strong technical understanding of enterprise SaaS products, exceptional written and verbal communication, data-driven decision-making with analytics tools experience, and rapid learning capability. Deep passion for customer and market feedback with ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Qualifications: 4+ years of product management experience with demonstrated bias to action and strong interpersonal skills. Familiarity with HR Tech or talent management ecosystem preferred.

Job Description

Listen to our developer partners and customers to internalize and understand their needs and develop a strategic product roadmap to address these needs. Foster our values of ownership, compassion, commitment to learning, transparency, and integrity. Partner with and drive support for your vision across executive leadership, product design, marketing, customer success, and sales Conduct in-depth analysis of the market landscape for talent acquisition and experience to develop differentiating products in the market Closely track industry trends and adapt your product strategy accordingly Develop and present strategic insights about the products, their market, and customer adoption Define analytics strategy for your product area - metrics frameworks, dashboards, and self-serve reporting that help HR and business leaders measure talent program ROI. Work with AI/ML teams to translate complex model outputs into intuitive, actionable product experiences that drive customer adoption. 4+ years experience in Product Management Demonstrated bias to action & an aptitude for rapid learning Technical knowledge and understanding of enterprise SaaS products Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Deep passion for understanding customer and market feedback Ability to operate independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Comfort with data-driven product decisions; experience with analytics tools is a strong plus.
