Role Snapshot
The Integrated Communications Manager leads the transformation of Macmillan Learning's communication strategies through creative multimedia content and innovative formats to connect authentically with diverse audiences across internal and external channels.
Key Responsibilities: Manage internal and external communication channels, create engaging multimedia content (from social reels to documentary-style stories), experiment with emerging formats like interactive video and AI avatars, and ensure consistent messaging across platforms while leveraging AI tools to enhance quality and accessibility.
Skills & Tools: Strong editorial judgment, fluency in visual storytelling, proven content ecosystem management, analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, and comfort with emerging communication technologies including AI tools and new digital platforms.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and five years of professional communications experience, preferably in education or tech industries, with demonstrated self-motivated learning about new platforms and formats.
Location: United States
Compensation: $70K–$80K/yr
