Essential Functions

  • Designs, develops and troubleshoots low code platform and AI solutions.
  • Develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software to meet requirements
  • Design, develop, and test solutions
  • Complete well-defined, basic program changes
  • Contribute to estimates required for user stories based on business requirements, specifications and designs
  • Comply with and contribute to SDLC standards and CD/CI procedures to ensure consistency
  • Monitor progress against task estimates to provide status
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications across environments
  • Maintain existing code base, monitoring for failures in non-prod environments
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer-related discipline or equivalent work experience of 1-2 years
  • Exposure to low code AI and workflow platforms such as Salesforce Agentforce, Sierra, and Cresta - Preferred
  • Exposure to large customer service and call center environments – Preferred
  • Willingness to quickly learn and ramp up on new platform solutions - Preferred
  • Using one or more programming language(s).

The band range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, education, experience, training, certifications, internal equity, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at, or near, the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The role has a base salary range of $75,000 - $100,000.
