Sr. Voice & AV Engineer at McGraw Hill designing and supporting enterprise voice and audio-video collaboration solutions for millions of users. Play a key role in enhancing communication systems and educational experiences across the organization.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years of enterprise voice and AV support with expertise in Cisco and Microsoft platforms, strong troubleshooting and documentation abilities, and working knowledge of network concepts (QoS, VLANs, PoE). Proven experience in audio-video conferencing solutions, VoIP fundamentals, and on-site technical support.
Qualifications: 5+ years supporting enterprise voice and/or audio-video environments with hands-on expertise in Cisco and Microsoft voice platforms and Logitech AV systems. Ability to provide on-site support, perform cable patching, lift up to 50 lbs, and travel locally as needed.
Location: Ohio
Compensation: $97K–$100K/yr
