Role Snapshot
Lead product strategy and innovation for McGraw Hill's Learning Tools platform in higher education, owning investment business cases and development roadmaps while measuring product performance against KPIs. Shape the future direction of the platform by balancing continued improvements with new innovation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Own investment business cases with financial forecasts and KPI definitions, partner with leadership on market-focused development roadmaps, and conduct user and market research to understand customer needs. Measure in-field product performance, execute go-to-market plans for new features, and collaborate across teams to deliver superior customer experiences.
Skills & Tools: Product management and Agile methodology expertise, user research and data analysis capabilities, and strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a Master's degree; 3-5 years of relevant product management experience including Agile certifications and demonstrated success managing complex software products.

Compensation: $97K–$120K/yr
