Role Snapshot
Lead a team of data scientists at Relias in developing and deploying machine learning models to enhance healthcare outcomes. This strategic role combines team management with technical oversight of complex ML projects aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team of data scientists, oversee machine learning project development and deployment, provide technical guidance in MLOps, and ensure documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership in data science, expertise in applied machine learning and MLOps, programming proficiency in Python, and excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications: Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Science or related field preferred, with demonstrated experience managing complex machine learning projects and leading technical teams.
Location: Morrisville, North Carolina
Compensation: $120K–$180K/yr
