Responsibilities: Manage the bidding process, oversee proposal submissions, review legal terms, draft proposal content, and collaborate on contracts with internal teams.
Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in proposal management, strong analytical and communication skills, ability to handle multiple projects, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience; proven experience with government contracts or proposals required.
Location: On-site at 1271 Red Fox Road, Arden Hills, MN; no specified travel requirements.
Compensation: $60000 - $70000 / Annually

Essential Responsibilities:
The following essential functions represent the primary work performed; however, other responsibilities could be expected that not detailed here but fall within the scope of this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the bidding process including, data entry and assignment of bids in the ERP, monitoring for award or denial and documenting the results to ensure, accuracy, timeliness, and quality of presentation
- Review bids posted by sales representatives and communicate findings to RSM/EBM/Sales team members
- Review all legal bonding terms and conditions to ensure alignment with Trafera’s terms and conditions
- Draft and refine proposal content to align with customer requirements and organizational goals
- Collaborate with internal teams when contracts and/or agreement conditions require additional evaluation
Minimum Skills, Abilities, and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, business, sales, pre-law, or a relevant field, or the equivalent amount of training and hands-on experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the position
- 2+ year of progressive experience in writing, reviewing, processing state and local government contracts or proposals, administrative project management, or related experience
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders
- Creative, and results oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with others to identify and solve issues, make proactive recommendations, and lead through influence
- Self-directed work style, able to work autonomously, prioritize and deliver results
