Role Snapshot
Finance Operations & Systems Analyst at Xello responsible for streamlining and automating Accounts Payable processes while supporting the finance team in Toronto. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency through systems optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Manage vendor invoices, process employee expense claims, perform monthly reconciliations, and generate financial forecasting reports. Identify automation opportunities in AP processes, assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, and resolve discrepancies in credit card reconciliations.
Skills & Tools: Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Concur, advanced Excel skills for data analysis, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience with AP processes, procurement workflows, and internal controls is essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field with 3-5 years of finance operations and systems analysis experience. Must be a self-starter capable of identifying inefficiencies and implementing automation solutions.
