Role Snapshot
Microsoft Power Platform Developer role focused on designing and deploying scalable business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and DataVerse while mentoring junior developers in a mission-driven education technology company.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions; collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions; mentor junior developers and troubleshoot existing applications for performance and scalability.
Skills & Tools: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, DataVerse); strong data modeling, connector, and integration pattern knowledge; familiarity with Azure services, Microsoft 365, REST APIs, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications: 3+ years of demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools; strong understanding of data modeling and integration patterns; familiarity with Azure services and Microsoft 365. Nice-to-have qualifications include Power BI, custom connectors, ALM, Agile/DevOps practices, and JavaScript/HTML/CSS skills.
Location: San Diego, California
Compensation: $95Kβ$110K/yr
