Role Snapshot
Data Analyst at Watermark will leverage data to provide strategic insights to management and executive teams, creating and maintaining datasets, dashboards, and reports that inform company objectives. This role is critical for supporting business intelligence initiatives at a high-growth SaaS provider serving higher education institutions.
Key Responsibilities: Gather, clean, and preprocess data from various sources while maintaining databases and data dictionaries; create and maintain reports and dashboards in Domo, Salesforce, and Sage Intacct. Conduct ad-hoc analyses, support monthly and quarterly reporting to the Board, work with business teams to operationalize analyses, and build real-time reporting dashboards to inform strategic decision-making.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in data analysis, data cleansing, data visualization, Excel, and knowledge of Domo and Salesforce CRM; strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strategic thinking with excellent communication and time management skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, or related field with 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data cleansing, and quantitative roles. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities and demonstrated ability to translate business insights.
