Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing QA Specialist to support our Head of System Operations. This role focuses on reviewing, testing, and validating how our marketing systems and automated student journeys perform. You will help ensure that messaging reaches the right students at the right time, and that technical logic behind campaigns functions exactly as intended.

This role is consistent, process-driven, and highly important to the accuracy of our student experience.


What You’ll Do

Quality Assurance and System Accuracy

  • Test marketing automation workflows to confirm triggers, timing, and content are accurate
  • Review email sends and lifecycle pathways for segmentation and logic errors
  • Document findings clearly and thoroughly in structured logs
  • Flag issues and collaborate to resolve them, then test again to confirm fixes
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy across multiple concurrent QA checks
  • Run structured testing sequences based on different student profiles and enrollment scenarios
  • Verify that conditional paths, dynamic content, and personalization display as expected
  • Identify unexpected behavior or edge cases and document clear reproduction steps
  • Work closely with the Head of System Operations and Head of Growth to align on QA processes and timelines
