Key Responsibilities: Conduct audits and investigations of business processes, assist with Proctor Error Reports (PER), and document compliance while identifying and mitigating process risks. Provide coaching on processes and systems, prepare quality compliance reports, and support cross-functional projects as assigned.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft applications, strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving abilities, and process orientation required. Must demonstrate assertiveness, ability to prioritize multiple projects, resourcefulness, and high energy with relentless optimism.
Qualifications: Preferred experience with Meazure Learning applications or in the higher education/academic industry. Must be an assertive team player comfortable working autonomously with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
Location: McLean, Virginia
Compensation: $55K–$85K/yr
