Role Snapshot

NewSchools seeks a Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the CEO within a venture philanthropy organization dedicated to improving K-12 education. This fully remote role enhances CEO effectiveness while supporting critical organizational initiatives and board logistics.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate meetings, and handle scheduling/travel arrangements while assisting with board logistics and donor event planning. Support the Development team with Salesforce data management, conference planning, and Summit coordination for 800+ participants.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Google Suite, Asana, and Salesforce with strong project management capabilities. Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and ability to communicate with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of operational management experience required. Strong commitment to learning, continuous improvement, and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Location: United States
Compensation: $70K–$90K/yr
