Description
Summary:
The Operation Support Specialist is a part time position, where you will assist with daily tasks and responsibilities for the operations team, including both implementation and support teams. The Operation Support Specialist will work to analyze, verify, and validate accuracy of data across both our CRM and software platforms, assisting with ensuring accuracy of product launches for both new and renewing customers, entering/correcting project information, and the timely processing of product deactivations.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support and assistance to the manager of technical support, as well as the support and implementation teams
- Review all incoming launch projects for new and renewing accounts, verify accuracy of project information, identify and correct data inconsistencies, report duplicate projects and accounts
- Collaborate with launch and sales teams to ensure contact information has been provided and updated for launch projects, site specific purchases have been noted, implementation sites have been accurately selected and projects appropriately created
- Maintain detailed records of projects in need of follow up or responses from other teams
- Other duties and responsibilities as necessary
Required Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly identify and correct data anomalies and inconsistencies
- Experience with CRMs, specifically Salesforce
- Quick learner, able to rapidly learn and follow outlined processes with accuracy
- Strong communication skills, can clearly articulate necessary action-steps cross-departmentally, and document project errors
Preferred Qualifications:
Normal Working Hours and Conditions: Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However, this position is part time and hours will depend on work load. Hours vary between 20 hours to 35 hours a week. Flexible hours within business hours.
Physical Requirements: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. Daily physical functions include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds. The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
