Role Snapshot

The Digital Assets Coordinator manages and maintains course content across multiple systems at Penn Foster Group to ensure effective delivery to learners. This role is responsible for meeting deadlines and efficiently prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, production-based environment.

Key Responsibilities: Set up and maintain course content in Student Information Systems and Learning Management Systems, prepare and deploy audio/video files, manage data analytics for asset tracking, and collaborate on troubleshooting across various platforms and tools.
Skills & Tools: Required: proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with online learning systems. Preferred: SQL, Atlassian Jira, Microsoft 365, Git, and Tableau; strong organizational and collaborative skills with ability to adapt quickly to new platforms.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. Proven experience with online learning systems, strong organizational and process-driven approach, and ability to communicate effectively with technology and instructional design teams preferred.
Location: United States
Compensation: $50K–$70K/yr
