Role Snapshot
The Operations Manager oversees the implementation and quality of Elevo's regional educational programs across assigned districts, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and strong partnerships while developing staff. This role serves as the primary operational and strategic lead, working cross-functionally to align services with contractual and student support expectations.
Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include managing program fidelity across multiple sites, designing schedules for service coverage, conducting quality assurance reviews, and conducting regular site visits to monitor performance. Additionally, the role involves providing leadership and professional development to Regional Program Training Managers and wellness coaching staff, supporting recruitment and hiring, and serving as the primary point of contact for district partnerships.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include strong operational management, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and effective communication and collaboration with educators and staff. Leadership, coaching, and cross-functional project management capabilities are also essential.
Qualifications: Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in program operations or education leadership and hold a degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related fields. Experience in K-12 systems is preferred.
