Role Snapshot
Audio-Visual Project Engineer responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of AV solutions from client engagement through project delivery. The role combines technical expertise, project management, and sales engineering to design and implement AV systems that meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct client needs analyses, prepare proposals, and maintain client relationships while designing and specifying AV equipment systems. Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills with proficiency in project management software and technical system design. Ability to read blueprints, interpret technical documentation, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and present information effectively to diverse audiences.
Qualifications: Experience in project management with excellent decision-making abilities and proficiency in reading and marking-up blueprints. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision while handling complex technical problems.

Compensation: $75K–$100K/yr
