Summary
Center Director role at C2 Education providing overall leadership and management of educational operations while ensuring high-quality services, student success, and center profitability in Torrance, CA.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day center operations, drive student enrollment and revenue goals, manage and develop staff, conduct student assessments, maintain financial records, and foster a positive learning environment. Build community relationships, handle student/parent inquiries, manage scheduling, and ensure adherence to curriculum standards and policies.
Skills & Tools: Leadership, budget management, interpersonal communication, time management, problem-solving, organizational skills, and knowledge of educational trends and best practices.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role and a completed Bachelor's degree or higher. Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
Location: Hybrid in Torrance, California, United States (90503)
Compensation: $70,304 – $71,804 / annually
