As a Software Engineer - Site Reliability, you will play a critical role in ensuring our systems remain reliable, scalable, and high-performing. You will work closely with engineering teams to improve observability, reduce incidents, and strengthen infrastructure resilience across our platform.
Envision Your Experience.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Build and maintain tooling to automate monitoring, alerting, and incident response
- Track SLOs/SLIs and reduce operational toil through engineering solutions
- Participate in incident response and post-mortems to improve reliability
- Strengthen cloud infrastructure for scalability and availability
- Improve observability and system performance
- Collaborate with development teams on reliability best practices
Share Your Expertise.
- Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role include:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years experience in SRE, DevOps, or backend engineering
- Strong coding skills (Python, Java, C#, or similar)
- Experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code

Compensation
