Role Snapshot
The Internal Tools Development Intern will assist the Software Support Department in designing and developing internal software tools to track and manage customer support metrics. This role provides valuable experience in software development while contributing to operational efficiency and learning the importance of quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain internal software tools; work with stakeholders to understand requirements; automate workflows; integrate systems with APIs and databases; debug issues; and write clean, well-documented code while participating in code reviews.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript and Python, familiarity with web development frameworks, understanding of databases and API integrations, and strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities.
Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with experience in programming languages and web development technologies.
Location: Coralville, Iowa
Compensation: $15–$25/hr
