Role Snapshot

The Princeton Review seeks a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to enhance operational efficiency and strategic execution of the marketing organization in a remote capacity. This role serves as a critical coordination point ensuring alignment, timely implementation, and success of major marketing initiatives that drive Tutor.com's growth.

Key Responsibilities: Manage project workflows for major cross-functional marketing initiatives including website rebuilds and virtual events, coordinate departmental timelines and milestones, and maintain the marketing technology stack. Facilitate stakeholder communication, oversee campaign tracking and performance analysis, and ensure alignment between marketing and sales operations teams.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management and process optimization capabilities, proficiency with MarTech platforms including Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Analytical skills for performance reporting and dashboard management are essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or project management required. Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist certification is preferred.

Compensation: $82K–$125K/yr
