Role Snapshot
Regional Program Manager at Elevo Learning leads teams of coaches and manages operational logistics to ensure high-quality educational enrichment programs across Monterey/San Benito Counties, California. The role focuses on program quality, coach development, and fostering positive learning environments for K-6th grade students.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of coaches, perform regular site visits to assess program quality, manage HR processes including scheduling and timesheets, collaborate with training managers on curriculum implementation, and conduct coach performance observations with ongoing feedback. Additionally, coordinate with school staff and internal departments to resolve issues and implement program improvement initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Strong team management, leadership, and customer service skills with professional written and verbal communication abilities. Problem-solving, detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable with intermediate Microsoft Office 365 experience and comfort with light physical activity.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team or working with Elevo. Preferred experience in education, in-school programming, or enrichment programs for TK-6th grade students.

Compensation: $68Kβ$72K/yr
