Role Snapshot
Sr. Technical Program Manager to drive strategy and optimization of Grammarly/Superhuman's web presence as a mission-critical business platform. Lead cross-functional initiatives and act as organizational force bringing website vision to life while delivering measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as primary liaison between engineering, creative, content, and stakeholders on website initiatives; manage website request intake, triage, and prioritization processes. Facilitate sprint planning sessions, oversee website technology stack (Contentful, WordPress, FullStory), provide CMS expertise, and manage domain portfolio.
Skills & Tools: Strong technical acumen with expertise in enterprise CMS platforms like Contentful; data-driven decision-making and excellent relationship-building abilities. Systems thinking, program management, and ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams for business value.
Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in web development with proven expertise in enterprise CMS platforms and designing scalable systems. Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to manage complex technical programs.
Location: San Francisco, California
Compensation: $192K–$264K/yr
