Role Snapshot

Scheduling & Data Operations Coordinator for Tutor Me Education managing tutoring assignments, spreadsheets, and client communications during night shifts in a fully remote environment. This role is essential to supporting the organization's growing network of educators and students by orchestrating behind-the-scenes logistics.

Key Responsibilities: Manage dynamic spreadsheets for tutor scheduling and academic progress tracking, update data in real-time, and communicate updates to clients via email and text. Assign tutoring sessions, coordinate schedules across time zones, monitor student progress, and provide administrative support including onboarding and daily operations.
Skills & Tools: Advanced proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets including formulas, conditional formatting, filters, and pivot tables; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work night shifts reliably and independently; strong time management and attention to detail.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 2-3 years of progressive experience in operations, scheduling, customer service, or administrative support. Experience in virtual team environments and educational settings is beneficial.
Location: California
Compensation: $40K–$60K/yr
