Role Snapshot
Join Ascend Learning as a Process Optimization Specialist to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes within the Innovative Learning Assessment Sciences team through data-driven improvements and cross-departmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and implement process improvements using data insights, develop process documentation, collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows, establish metrics and monitoring systems, and prepare performance reports for leadership review.
Skills & Tools: 3+ years of process improvement experience, knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, data analytics capability, and proficiency with process mapping software and project management tools.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or industrial engineering preferred, along with relevant work experience and professional certifications in process improvement.
Location: Leawood, Kansas
Compensation: $70K–$90K/yr
