Summary
The Director of Grantmaking & Fund Management leads the design, implementation, and management of systems and processes that support effective philanthropic grantmaking across The Commit Partnership. This role shapes how over $150 million in catalytic capital is deployed to advance economic mobility in Dallas County and Texas.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management, analytical capabilities, and financial tracking expertise combined with excellent communication and cross-sector collaboration abilities. Must excel at connecting systems-level impact with disciplined execution and translating data into clear storytelling for leadership and funders.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in education, philanthropy, or social impact investment with demonstrated project management and financial tracking skills. Advanced degree preferred; strong communication capabilities and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships required.
Location: Dallas, Texas
Compensation: $110K–$139K/yr
