Role Snapshot

Lead the planning and execution of project transitions from current SMS software to Qmlativ for K-12 school clients. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones while assigning tasks to team members and monitoring progress. Communicate with stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive team collaboration.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general PC applications required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (two- or four-year) or equivalent professional experience required. Commitment to exceptional customer service and demonstrated teamwork capabilities.

Compensation: $24–$26/hr

Job Title: Qmlativ MigrationsProject Manager 

Location: Stevens Point, WI - Corporate Office 

*May include remote opportunities in the following states: AZ, FL, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI. No relocation assistance is provided.  

Starting Salary: $23.73 - $26.10 (wage commensurate with experience)

Position Description:  

As a Project Manager in our Qmlativ Migrations department, you will be responsible for the planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and completion of projects between our current SMS software clients that are transitioning to our Qmlativ software.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.

  • Assign tasks to appropriate team members and ensure alignment across units.
  • Make informed decisions to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and goals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks; adjust schedules as needed within budget.
  • Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities independently.
  • Resolve issues promptly and accurately.
  • Foster a positive team culture through collaboration and communication.
  • Maintain high standards of productivity, organization, and responsiveness.
