Role Snapshot
Lead the strategy and development of AI-powered capabilities across Relias' healthcare software platform as Principal AI Product Manager. Identify and prioritize high-impact AI integration opportunities to improve user experience and healthcare outcomes globally.
Key Responsibilities: Drive AI opportunity discovery, evaluate and prioritize AI integration opportunities through user research and competitive analysis, champion AI product vision and roadmap, and lead a multidisciplinary team of AI engineers, developers, and designers to execute AI-native solutions.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in AI/ML technologies and generative AI systems, strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, user-centric product management approach, and proficiency in agile development methodologies.
Qualifications: 10+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success in AI-enabled products. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
Location: Morrisville, North Carolina
Compensation: $130K–$180K/yr
