Role Snapshot
Director of Enterprise Systems at Learning Ally leads a SaaS management team to develop, maintain, and modernize internal technology infrastructure while supporting the organization's mission to transform literacy solutions for students with learning differences.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a SaaS management team, develop infrastructure roadmaps, architect foundational business and administrative systems, support existing systems, and guide business units through technology modernization aligned with strategic objectives.
Skills & Tools: 10+ years in IT and SaaS administration with team leadership experience; proficiency in Salesforce CRM, NetSuite, Marketo, data warehousing solutions, and legacy system migrations; strong ability to foster psychologically safe working environments.
Qualifications: 4+ years of team leadership experience in agile environments; proven track record in SaaS administration and enterprise systems management; experience supporting diverse business unit technology requirements in nonprofit or similar organizations preferred.
Location: Princeton, New Jersey
Compensation: $125Kβ$175K/yr
