Role Snapshot
Trafera seeks a Facility Manager to oversee daily facility operations including product delivery, repair, installation, and warehouse services while leading a team toward operational excellence in Charlotte, NC.
Key Responsibilities: Manage product and services delivery, design and implement efficient processes for critical workflows, analyze performance metrics to identify gaps, ensure SLA compliance and OSHA safety standards, and manage expenses and inventory.
Skills & Tools: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with expertise in operations management, continuous improvement, process optimization, and team development; competencies include customer focus, decision quality, and effective team building.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of progressive experience in operations management; experience in warehouse management or supply chain operations with proven track record in continuous improvement preferred.
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Compensation: $80K–$120K/yr
