Role Snapshot
Regional Program Manager to lead a team of coaches and manage operational logistics for Elevo Learning's enrichment programs across the Inland Empire. This role ensures high-quality program delivery and fosters professional development of coaching staff.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate coaches, conduct site visits (3-4 times weekly) to assess program quality, manage HR processes including scheduling and timesheet approval, and collaborate with training managers to implement curriculum. Resolve customer service issues and drive program improvement initiatives in alignment with school administrators.
Skills & Tools: Strong team management, leadership, and customer service skills with professional written and verbal communication abilities. Problem-solving, detail-oriented, organized approach with adaptability in changing environments and intermediate Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience or prior experience with Elevo; comfortable with light physical activity and visiting school sites regularly. Preferred experience in education, in-school programming, or enrichment programs for TK-6th grade.

Compensation: $68Kβ$72K/yr
