Role Snapshot

The Wellness Coordinator supports the design and implementation of wellness programs for family child care providers across California, ensuring access to resources that enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This role directly impacts the health and support of an essential workforce comprised primarily of women of color and immigrants.

Key Responsibilities: Manage wellness programming tasks, assist in event planning, coordinate with wellness experts, and maintain communication with child care providers and stakeholders. The role involves organizing events, maintaining relationships with partners, and ensuring program implementation across California.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, problem-solving capability, and ability to work effectively in diverse communities while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with wellness or community engagement programs is preferred, with experience in counseling or social work valued.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in program management or a related field is required. Preferred background includes experience in counseling, social work, or community engagement programs.
Location: Los Angeles, California
Compensation: $60K–$73K/yr
