The Talent Search Group at PiP is seeking an Education Purchasing Advisor (K-12) on behalf of our client, the leading provider of high-quality professional learning services and resources for K-12 educators. 

The Purchasing Advisor’s main goal is to develop compelling and competitive proposals in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs) from K-12 school districts, state education associations, and Education Service Agencies, and to work with internal and external colleagues to secure approval on state and regional vendor approval lists, enabling the company to partner more frequently and more robustly with strategic State, Regional, District, and School accounts throughout the US.

  • Work closely with Senior sales and clients to identify opportunities for funding and potentially support grant writing, especially for new strategic partnerships
  • Knowledge Sharing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education, English, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years' experience in writing and responding to RFPs, vendor applications in the K12 education sector required
  • K12 Educational Sales experience and grant writing experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of the K12 education landscape, funding mechanisms, and grant opportunities

Salary: $95,000 - $119,000
